Europe’s top clubs still battling for glory

With around a quarter of the season still to play in Europe’s top leagues, there are still plenty of clubs in with a chance of enjoying success.

Juventus and Barcelona appear set to claim their respective titles in Italy and Spain, but the position in the Premier League and Bundesliga is less clear.

Read on as we look at the latest state of play at the top of Europe’s main leagues.

Man City and Liverpool set for epic battle

Just one point separates City and Liverpool at the top of the Premier League with nine games to play and it would be a brave move to predict which way this one will go.

With Tottenham Hotspur, Manchester United, Arsenal and Chelsea battling to secure the other Champions League qualification places, fans are in for a treat during the run-in.

United’s resurgence under temporary manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer means plenty of punters will be eager to use Genting casino codes to boost their bankroll and back them at odds of 7/2 to finish in the top three.

Barca look good in La Liga

Barcelona are seven points clear of Atletico Madrid with 12 games to play and it would be a surprise to see them blow their lead.

Real Madrid have been poor by their standards this term, but should claim third place. Whether that will be enough to keep head coach Santiago Solari in a job is hugely debatable.

Surprise package Getafe are currently fourth in the table, although the likes of Sevilla and Valencia could put them under pressure during the run-in.

Juve romping home in Italy

Juventus remain unbeaten in Serie A and they will probably claim the title well before the end of the season.

Napoli’s recent 2-1 home defeat against Juve effectively ended their challenge, but they still look a good bet to finish in second spot.

AC Milan and Inter Milan are currently third and fourth, but Roma and Lazio are pushing hard for a Champions League place.

Bayern and Dortmund set for thrilling battle

Bayern Munich have battled back from a big deficit to draw level on points with Borussia Dortmund at the top of the Bundesliga.

The two sides are due to meet at the Allianz Arena at the start of April and whoever wins that game will probably go on to claim the title.

RB Leipzig and Borussia Monchengladbach are amongst a handful of clubs in with a genuine chance of finishing in the top four.
